The 2020 vintage of Descent balances the structure and fierceness of the '21 with the soft, velvety plumpness of the '22. In the tasting room it was our fastest selling red. Since then it's developed significantly and we're very glad we held on to a few cases for our library.
Petite Sirah Estate Grown
The 2020 Eclipse is the ultimate late bloomer. Like the 2011 vintage, this wine was initially muted in aroma and flavor, and we held it back for some time. By the Fall of 2025, it had blossumed into a particularly rich and fruity wine, typical of Shadow Run Petites. At the 2025 Fall wine-club pick-up party it was the number one wine added to shipments after tasting.
